Short post today. 🙂  This is another view from Dead Horse Point State Park outside of Moab, Utah.  This image is more representative of the view as opposed to my previous post where I was going for a specific “postcard” look.  The late afternoon sun highlights the texture of the landscape and gives it a warm golden hue.  You can see the Colorado River winding off into the distance while the Canyonlands National Park can be seen on the right off in the distance.  The endless desert blue skies contrast beautifully with the red/orange of the landscape.

It’s almost difficult to take a bad photo in that part of Utah.  I can’t wait to go back and explore the Canyonlands in depth.
